Shred the Debt is a collaborative Global Shapers initiative bringing together hubs to help eliminate medical debt for people facing financial hardship.

Through the initiative, participating hubs mobilize their communities, build awareness, and raise funds in support of Undue Medical Debt, a nonprofit that purchases qualifying medical debt in portfolios and eliminates it for individuals and families.
